Who called from 9082642757

Scam saying I was a top candidate to win some BS,  I mentioned that I had not entered any contest, but she kept reading her script

Frequent calls from the same number. N9 voicemails. Often three in a row

Called, left no voicemail message of course.

Called Saying this is "Joe on a recorded line  can you hear me ok"  did not say why he was calling. Sounds like a trick to get you to say "yes" I hung up

I do not want these people to keep calling me, they just call several times in a row and never leave a voicemail.
