Received a call three times today, and not once did they leave a voicemail. I will not answer phone calls from numbers that are either not local, or ones I don't know.
Caller Id says Linden NJ, but it is a spoofed number robo-called on a tie-line from hell. When will this seemingly endless telephone harassment and terrorism stop? Maybe outlawing all possession and purchase of robo-calling equipment is a good start, along with use of tie-lines (most of which seem to be from India), fraud/scam calling, etc. Wouldn't this give the current Congress something truly useful to accomplish, after they get a budget bill to the White House to avoid shutting down the Goverment by April 28th?
908-266-1028 = caller id = V425093623001857 = please note the caller id confirms that this is a robo caller which will never leave a message (just hit answer/hangup keys quickly to get rid of them....alternately you can assign silent as the ringer on your cell), typically for a call center, picking up leads to long pause while computer waits for a scammer/spammer to answer the phone...ugh....and I aggree w/sharoosh....except I really don't thiing the politicians are smart enought to make that happen...wish they were....that and a dollar might buy you a cup of coffee....
