did not answer, no message, listed as NOT IN USE

This company called 01/07/2015 @ 7:15 pm and I didn't answer. They called about 2 min later @ 7:17 pm I answered the phone to tell them I am not interested and to stop calling and they didn't answer when I said Hello. If I did want Solar Panels installed I wouldn't because they are a pain in the [***] Co. and they don't speak when they call my home!

comes up on my caller ID as NOT IN USE....I didn't answer it because if that number isn't in use then why is is calling me.

908 279-1984 called. I was on the phone. I called right back and teh recorded message is reporting "ALL CIRCUITS ARE BUSY -- CALL BANK ANOTHER TIME!".  The called is from the Plainfield/North Plainield, NJ area.  My phone is listed on the US do not call registry.
