Its a Robo caller looking to get sensitive information about you so they can do identity theft and other nefarious schemes. Don't talk to them just hang up and block that number.
It's ELIZABETH MOORE again!! Wow, that woman gets around. And she must have one HELL of a phone bill.
Some people insist she's a robocaller. She rarely deviates from her script, but she/they are real. My daughter answers the phones at our business and she likes to play with these pests. She chats with them, offers to block their number for them, asks if they can do lunch ... Elizabeth wasn't in the mood today, she hung up. BLOCKED.
