Who called from 9082990007

Very frustrating, calls everyday at least 6 times. No message and hangs up

I live in Wyoming and am getting calls for this from New Jersey!? Lat time someone spoke to me, I said I was on the do not call list and was told that they are a charity and they don't count. I told him bullcrap and don't call again. ti hasn't worked though
