Have been getting calls from this number, which appears as Somerville, NJ, with number above, for at least a year, sometimes twice a day. I inform whoever is on the other line that I am on the "NO-Call" list, but it does not seem to matter, HOW CAN THIS BE STOPPED,
Have you tried blocking their calls?
By the way, scammers don't care you're on the DNC registry so that's why your telling them you are doesn't seem to matter.
