The person that called my elderly neighbor man from this number said he was with the legal dept of the IRS and there was a litigation against his social security number and he had a thick foreign accent. He said if he didn't return his call he wished him good luck. Very rude person. Luckily my neighbor can't hear his phone ring so he didn't get to speak to him. This is going to scare a lot of seniors or anyone for that matter into paying out money they don't owe. They call from 1-202-241-0400 and give this number as the return call number.
