Standard credit card scam; the old "interest rate reduction" ploy. Sure, I'm going to give my credit card information to a random telemarketer who makes illegal calls to my cell phone. These clueless clowns ignore regulations about the DNC list and telemarketing to cell phones.

Same as the other posts - I have gotten multiple calls from different numbers for this scam. Since my number is on the Do Not Call list, I hit '1' to find out who it was calling. When I asked which bank and credit card they were referring to he said 'huh?' and hung up. Maybe I am off the list now.
I never answer calls from unknown numbers......including this one. I have noted that about the time my cell phone bill (Verizon) is due, is exactly the time of month I get these calls. I'm also on the do not call list. Does anyone else have similar timing? Is it possible our cell numbers have been sold by our providers????????I'd sure like to know!
