Wanted me to donate to my local PD PBA fund. My town is protected by the NJSP not a local PD so I asked him where my local PD HQ was since I was new in town and didn't know where it is. After much hemming & hawing he hung up. Most of the companies that make these call take a high % of the funds collected.
