Typical robo-dial/SCAMMER call pattern - land line rings, caller ID shows "Elizabeth NJ" (a sh*t hole city), do not recognize, do not answer, rolls over to answering machine, no message left = SCAMMER = BLOCKED ! ! !

Buy a good call blocker then block the area code

Caller ID was "Elizabeth NJ."  Presumed telemarketer.
