Always calls after 8 pm.  Will not give name when asked, will not stop calling when asked, doesnt leave message when you dont answer the phone.

A call center contracted to get donations. This time for Association for Firefighters and Paramedics. (A for "profit"  taking collections for a non-profit)
They take most of the donations for overhead expenses. Probably luck if mor than 10 - 15 % goes to the cause!
