Probably a bill collector. No message.

Just got a call from that number as well.  Unlike noyb I'm not dodging bill collectors so I think it's some other type of junk call.

Suspect Bill Collector. No message, drops connection before it registers so it cannot be blocked.

I got tired of them calling every day and not leaving a message so I answered.  Some yappy broad says she was from some electrical contracting and maintenance company.  I hung up on her.
