Received call from 908-425-2424 on 10/27/2016 at about 12:30pm. I answered because I saw a name: Javier Cespedes & my husband is in the hospital. I've been talking to a LOT of doctors, nurses, etc. I answered, someone in a very strong accent asked for my husband and when I asked: "Who are you?" They hung up. We have an unlisted phone number, so only a few people have our number but scammers do too (they use computer-generated numbers).
I'm sure it was a telemarketer or scammer because the background noise was a roomful of people talking loudly. Unfortunately, we've reached our limit of blocked numbers on Cox communications...only 31. They need to change that. It should be unlimited.
