I also received a threatening message.  I didn't really understand the message due to the heavy Indian accent.

Thanks for taking the time to report this scam, which uses reverse toll number.  It's helpful to expose it here so that people can learn about this scam and similar efforts to defraud them.

I am curious, what is a reverse toll number? Is this something new in telephony?
