Next call, tell them you called the FBI about them calling your mother. I assume it's a land line? Either get a voice mail or a machine. That will annoy them. I have a free blocker on my cell. So it works great. Good luck
Called hubby's cell 8 am. He was awakened by the call & was groggy when he answered. He answered this call as he was expecting a VIP call. He thought this was the caller. Woman on other end had an accent & possible last name Lopez. She knew his email address & home address. She knew he had pain. She asked if he ever used a topical & knew what it was. She asked about his insurance. He did not answer & he realized this was NOT the caller he was awaiting & told her to get lost etc. When asked she said she was calling from something "Medical Services". Hubby possibly responded to a spam Walgreens email he received & this is how they obtained his # etc. I used different phone & blocked MY # using *67 & called her # back. Reached male voice recording 3times stating "all reps busy assisting other customers right now. Please try again later" or something to that effect. Scam all the way. Hubby must be more careful with email & callers in the future!!! Hopefully no real damage has been done.
