DID NOT IDENTIFY WHO CALLER IS-ASKED FOR ME TO ENTER MY ACCOUNT NUMBER- I REDIALED 3 TIMES GOT THE SAME RESULTS. HOW DO I GET THE PHONE COMPANY TO CHECK THIS?
I received a call from this number to my cell phone on 8/4/10 (3:00 PM), 8/12/10 (2:37 PM), and 8/17/10 (9:31 PM). I did not answer the first two times. The third time I answered, but there was no one on the line. When I immediately called the number back, it was an automated message that said, "Please enter your account number." I have no idea who or what this is - it's very fishy.
