If the caller does not leave a message or speak with you, then the FCC will not take a complaint regarding the DNC violation because the FCC knows that they are completely incapable of handling the sheer volume of complaints that would arrive each and every hour of every day.

The State of NJ has made it harder to file complaints about DNC violations unless the complainant is able to drill down to the complaint form (found thru www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/telemarketers), fill it out, then mail it in – all at your cost and aggravation!

Roborectums know all that and use it to their advantage just too perpetually scam and bother us.  Our legislators have basically blessed them to continue annoying us by their gross failure to take any action to protect us.  Contact your legislators to stop the robocallers – send them a complaint every time you get a call.  Tell them to stop the scumbags or you will elect someone who will as their inaction and total lack of regard for your wellbeing and privacy further aids and abets each robocaller.

To make things even worse, all phone providers profit by providing service to these scammers and won’t shut them down as it would be lost income for every phone provider who is aiding and abetting the illicit activity.

Every phone provider easily knows these roboterrorists utilize their services just by monitoring the bandwidth and frequency of calls made from a single source.  We, the recipients, are all victims of this crime and it’s high time to fight back – so if you actually talk to a human, identify them by asking for their address so you can send them a check, and then hang up.  Now you have some ammunition to file a complaint sans spoofing, hopefully.

I have contacted many of the phone providers and not once have they provided any help to stop these calls.  Each and every time their response has been that the calling number has been spoofed.  How can every scammer be spoofing a number and the phone companies are doing absolutely nothing about it?  Is this some conspiracy??  Must be!!.

Their ancient technology knows precisely what number each call originates from order to bill them for service (plus taxes) and they also know what data is sent out over their infrastructure in order to determine what number is provided as the spoof number.  So each and every phone provider is definitely aiding and abetting these scammers. Thus, they can claim the number was spoofed.

The DNC law works only for honest callers.  Federal and State laws need to be enacted to guide the phone providers in terminating the illegal roboactivity and phone scams – put the onus on the providers and not the honest users!

Also, why not sue the phone providers for their inaction to pull the plug on the phone terrorists?  A fantastic class action suit awaits a great attorney team on this one, because it appears that neither Federal nor State authorities give a damn to protect us and openly permit the phone companies to continually profit from your life being interrupted.

Oh, I did forget to mention that the phone providers have steadfastly refused to provide call blocking citing the fact that their customers would miss important calls that they would not want blocked. What? The phone companies are regulating who we can talk with?  Sounds like a 2nd Amendment issue, censorship, and a dictatorship just to let the scammers strip us of our funds and sanity.

Many robocalls originate on the Verizon network and thru their subsidiary companies and affiliates such as Cellco. Of course, Sprint, Level 3, Cavalier, Embarq, T-mobile, and Cingular (to name a few) are also used providers.  What if these scammers might even be related to phone company employees, executives or worse yet, terrorist organizations that raise funds to support their cause?

Finally, contact the Consumer Union (Consumer Reports) site www.EndRobocalls.org and sign their petition to pressure the phone companies and lobby the government. It won’t cost you a cent!  July 2015 news articles indicate Verizon is going to screw us more during their attempt to deregulate communications services and fees which could cost us considerably more by buying into their anonymous call intercept useless service, etc.
