Who called from 9087315179

Received call from non recognized number from an area in NJ where I worked about 20 years ago. I no longer live in that area, but I picked up because my mother is in the hospital and I figured I could be getting a call from a Dr related to her care.
Instead of saying Hello, I cleared my throat. After a pause, a man came on the line and said Hello? (no accent, but sounded confused ) . I said, "who is calling, please?", and he promptly hung up.

googled the number and found nothing specific. Please report here. I would like to know if I should block this number. Thanks
PS screen name is a dog breed, that is strong enough to take a bear down(Karelian bear dog). Seemed appropriate.

Received call from 908.731.5179 about 9:20 am Pacific Time.  I rejected the call (on my cell phone) and then blocked the number.

Rang 3 times.  No message.

Maybe it is a variation on my hit tune "Knock Three Times" sung in 1970 by myself and my backup singers Toni Wine and Linda November.

Received two calls this number, 908-731-5179, this morning.  Caller ID is blocked.  Comes up as V42613192900060.  Our landline is used very infrequently.  People who know us call the cells.  No message left.  Do not know who they are.  Do not care.
