I requested to be taken off the call list and the guy said " I love you, you're all I need, I want to love you forever"

this guy ask me if im ... i ansewred NO, he said that ive been selected to get federel grtants, i said ok send it over to me, he knocked down the phone right away

He said the same thing and sent me Id number to pick it up at western union. Wonder if it's real
