call on 3/23/17 @4:53 on my cell number, I have not given my number out, just my sister and she calls me on my land line

If a scammer is working from outside our country (with phony numbers), U.S. law enforcement has no jurisdiction, so reporting does no good.

I'd love to see a covert ops team completely destroy one of these overseas scam centers, along with the scammers working there.

green energy is a scammer. they where in the allentown pa area taken to court in PA by the state AG, fined big time.  changed thier name a bit and moved  to nj.
