Called at 2:50pm ET.  No message.  We blocked the number.

This number calls my cell phone at least 3 times a week.

If you let the message play out it will give an option to "opt out of calling list" in which case you may press the number to do such. I've had hundreds of calls like this since recieving my new phone so its become the increasing annoyance as another has stated. Just listen to the message about bs mortgage or the like and at the end it will option you to an opt out.
