Who called from 9087526807

I got two hang up calls from this number (908) 752-6807 This person must be mentally ill to harass people they don't know.

They have called twice in 2 hours..it is for an energy company to switch my energy bill over but I do not have an energy bill...I'm a college student living on campus

Keeps calling,  4 times in 2 hours. What is the best way to stop this?

Spam. Trying to sell electric service. Very foul language when I said wasn't interested.

I got a call today and two yesterday.  I didn't answer and they left no message.
