Almost every day now, I get the same message about "congratulations, your good credit rating allows you to get a zero interest credit card."
Number continually changes, and at times I call back, and it appears to be a private residence for someone who knows nothing about the calls.  Can these scum bags now post a legitimate number as their caller ID?
