Who called from 9088777111

I have been getting numerous calls from this number all week and when I answer nobody says anything.
This number needs to be blocked.  No messages are being left on the answering machine either.

Number keeps calling leaves no message on The answering machine. I don't pick up if I don't recognize the number

5 calls in under 24 hours. When you call back the number has been disconnected.....very annoying!

I am also getting these calls.  Someone telling me they will reduce my PSE&G bills.

i got this call at work , when i informed them they are calling a police station the woman said oh [***] and hung up
