called me repeatedly from this and another number one digit different, making claims to b a friend of mine and stating there was an emergency. wanted phone number of "her sister" cause her phone was dead. i found out by talking to the REAL person that it was all a prank, and this caller still called again and tried to convince me otherwise. connection was kinda fuzzy so i couldnt tell initially that it wasnt her. I got as far as figuring out that it was a landline in summit, nj but the cops couldn't conect it to any address so nothing was done about it.
