The phone number appeared on my caller I.D., this morning at about 10 a.m.
I answered my cell phone, and said Hello, but no one said anything.
I could hear background noise.
Maybe it was a call center for some telemarketer?
Or was it a collection agency?
Does anyone know who this is?
