Foolishly I answered the call from this number. It was a robo-call for carpet cleaning. "Press 1 to make an appointment", I pressed 1 to ask the name of the company and to tell them to remove my number from their list. As soon as I pressed 1 they call disconnected. They are now blocked.
This number is someone's personal number that some spammer used to make it seem like it's from them, instead of the idiots who actually made the call. Now this person is getting tons of nasty calls from people who think this innocent person actually called them. Very unfortunate situation
