Called my cell at lunchtime, no message.  Another area code to block on all my phones

The caller pretended to call from Microsoft about an Windows upgrade  that was done on my computer and the patches that needed to be installed. While I realised that it was a scamster calling from a call center somewhere in North India I played along and tried to see what he was up to.  The moment he realized that I had caught onto his game, he started abusing and bad mouthing in choicest foul words in Hindi. I called 911 and reported hoping to track the caller to his call center, but he disconnected immediately.

Called at 6:48 am, no one talking on the other end. The line disconnected after a few seconds.
