909-199-5531 Coutless calls all the time. Have answered before just to tell them to take us off their list. But of course there is no recourse because you can't report them to anyone because the phone number on the caller id is spoofed, not real. Whatever! No such thing as 199. At least the story is always the same. They want to service your Air conditioner/Heating system. Well today I had enough, not that my giving them an earful would do anything, but I felt better. Pretty much told the guy that nobody answers these types of calls because we are sick and tired of it. We've told them to quit calling and they keep calling. Also said, "why on earth would anybody schedule any kind of business with people that hide behind a fake phone number?" Shame on me for answering but it released some anger LOL I'm so done.
11/09/15 16:01 PST What is it with Mondays? This is like the 6th call since 2 PM today, most of them already blocked. This one, with the bogus prefix went to voice mail and who ever was the other other end fumbled around for a while with the receiver, sat back and recorded back ground noise and then dead air for a while and finally hung up.
12/18/15 17:18 PST Obvious robo call. Will try to use no mo. My blocked list was wiped out and I have to rebuild it, but will try using no mo for this one first. No actual message left.
No message left from obvious scam number (199 prefix??? What a [***].) Think of these a**holes like herpes: the gift that keeps on giving. Only way to discourage them is DO NOT ANSWER UNKNOWN NUMBERS. If you do answer, you'll show a live number, and you will continue to get even more of this type of calls. Let them go to your voice mail, and save yourself from an ever expanding data base. (BTW, don't think that a "no call" list will help you from these inept crooks - it just shows them that you actually exist) Yet another example of failed attempt by big business/gov't to help you.
