Who called from 9092031971

CID said Chino C 203-1971, no area code. No message left on machine.

Called my cell phone. Picked up and said hello and heard nothing. Caller hung up on me.

When the answering machine picked up, the caller left no message, just dead space.  Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) often do this while trolling the phone lines, desperately seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.
