Loser "contractor" trying to scam the elderly and naive --- Block caller.

scammers called; didn't answer it and blocked this number from future calling.

"Network operations center.  The party you have called has decided not to take calls from your number at this time."  Heating and air-conditioning solicitation.

Thursday 28 April 2016 -- 11:24 am -- Called on my cell phone.  Caller ID said "Rialto CA".  No message was left.  Google search reveals this is a non-existent (spoofed) number.  Clearly considering spam.
