The lady states that I needed to pay 564.00 up from or if I go to court it would be over a 1000.00, the next week I want and pay it through money gram, it's been exact a year  to date and a remember ed and start researching the company and I am not seeing any thing good,  I even tried call both the 888 number and the 909 number and non of them seems to work.

If you paid them, then you were scammed.  The law says that they must prove that you owe the debt and that they have the legal right to collect it.  They must do this in writing, sent US Mail, not e mail, fax, or phone.  Anything that old was probably past the statute of limitations in your state, since very few states have an SOL past 5 years.  You obviously are unaware of your rights.  You are going to be called again and again since you paid them so easily.  They will also sell you name to other crooks.  I suggest you start learning about how debt collection is supposed to work.  Here are the places to start.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Read up on your rights here and also make a complaint at this government site:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/

Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.

Oh and paying through Money Gram is a dead giveaway that you are being scammed and are being extorted by crooks.
