I keep getting this phone number pops up on my caller ID they don't leave a message they don't say anything and its wasting minutes and airtime

3 days with a few calls a day, rings, hangs up. Annoying as hell.

Get call all the time never leave message never talks when I answer. On no call list don't work.

If this guy keeps calling me I'm going to kick his [***] once and for all
