Think that is a debt scammer at work. Ignore and block. Unless you have a still in the backyard, Treasury has no reason to call you. And if you were in that much trouble, you would not get a warning call.

Received an "automated yet recorded" call when I answered my phone. Caller ifentified themselves as (US ?Treasury? USN ?) ( I am not sure ). Caller said they had an ARREST WARRANT in my name and gave me a warrant tracking number CH 76XXX. They said "Do not ignore this phone call. Unless we hear from you or your attorney (in such & such time period) we will activate this warrant and you will be arrested." The phone call ended. This phone call originated from CA. I live in OH. I am a law abiding citizen without a criminal history. A certified public accountant has always prepared my taxes. I really believe this is a phone scam. I will ignore it. Should anything ever come of it, I will update 800notes.com.
I just got a similar call too, however they did not identify where they were calling from on my VM. And the CH76XXXX was listed as a case #, not a warrant #. However the rest was of the msg was the same.
