They just called my mobile phone twice and hung up. I called them back at 909-366-8930 3 times and each time they hung up as soon as the call rang once. Looking at the other reports here I think they should be reported to the FTC at 888-382-1222 if you are on the do-not-call list.
Get over your fear of being on the DNC. I've been registered with them for over 10 years and they hardly ever tap my phone. I report ALL telemarketing and other illegal calls and I can tell you that over time the calls are less and less. The problem is that new callers start up all the time and it takes a while for them to learn that they will be shut down after people file enough reports. Reporting telemarketing calls works!
