Says it is calling from "Big Bear Lake, CA" - I immediately picked this call up (this time) instead of letting go to VM b/c I am tired of the call every week. Initially when I answered no one was there - but after two seconds it clicked over to someone and I heard a male voice saying " uh, um, uh.... " and then the line clicked off and disconnected". It appeared like he didn't expect me to answer so quickly - or at all. Then was startled when he heard me talking and quickly hung up. Not sure what this is - but seems really sketchy.
