It's the San Bernardino County Coroner/Public Administrator. I called them first and were returning my call, didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.
sounded like someone driving in a car... didn't say anything. i hung up. Can't call back - rec'd a recording saying I need to wait for the person to call back.
However, I did receive a Facetime call at 1am from the same area this morning - unknown caller. And I have been receiving a bunch of 800 calls, but it just hangs up. Ugh. I am so careful about giving out my number. how did this happen?!
I got a call from this number and I kept saying hello hello hello hello and they never responded so I hung up and when I called them back twice I got no answer but a recording came on saying I've reach a San Bernardino county phone number that cannot be called directly and to please hang up and wait for the person to call me back. I don't know who is calling me or what for.
