I got a call from 334. it was someone stating I had a pending civil suit in 5days and I would be in default if I didn't appear. Nothing stating where the case was, but an 888-782-3271 to call with the case file number. When I called, they started talking about a debt I owed, which was the cause of the pending lawsuit. I hung up. 909-450-5394 was the number they used to call me back.

This just happened to me as well. Call came from a 335 number. Number they said to call was 855-570-0823 with a case number. They sent me some paperwork with Hagel Law Proffessionals and the 909-450-5394 on the letterhead. Was there actually a civil suit?
Called and informed me a lawsuit was going to filed, that I had a debt of $11,000 on a credit card I've never owned. Threatened me with jail, although you cannot be jailed for financial debt. Very threatening and aggressive with is also not allowed by debt collectors.
