Asked to have my number put on a do not call list and the man Kendrick preceded to call me rude and hang up. I called back and was supposedly transferred to a manager named Dereick who was incredibly rude and also hung up on me, saying I was wasting his time for asking to be put on a do not call list. Very unprofessional group.
Answered (just to tell them to stop calling me) but hung up? I thought I was getting a Kaiser quote and I ended up not paying attention and on a different "promoted" site. I was halfway done filling out forms before I realized it was not Kaiser- big big big mistake. Over 100 calls from a 909 area code, I've asked several times to take me off and said I'm not interested, they even TEXTED my number. Definitely HARASSMENT.
I'm going to be researching who this is and filing a lawsuit. They are going to be really [***]. I have over 20 calls from them and even though I keep blocking their number, they call back with a slight variation. Each person is rude and will not do anything to remove you from the list. Looks like them being [***] is going to be a payday for me! ;)
