called me this afternoon - I picked up but did not say anything.  Immediately hung up on me, no attempt to say hi or interact.  When I tried calling the number back on a different phone, said "call cannot be completed as dialed."  Must be another scammer.

Called. No message.

Called with no message

Called and left no message. When I tried to call back, I got a message that said the call could not be completed.  I blocked this number on my phone.

Called and left no message.  Called back from another phone and heard, "We're sorry, your call did not go through.  Try your call again later".
