Not surprised if it is... I get calls to my cell phone every week M-F. I block all the numbers and never answer. Next step is to just get a new number.
3/06/17 10:23 PST Apparently tried to call while I was out. Based on ID wouldn't have answered anyway. Will be adding to blocked list. They just keep changing their number.
