This number is one used by a "business" called Credence Resource Management, which is a scammer collection agency located in India.

I blocked my number with *67, and called them, after receiving several calls and hangups. It was a static-filled bad connection, answered by "Kate" with a heavy Indian accent, and the sound of dozens of other scammers making calls behind her.  Research of the number online also revealed lots of people who made the mistake of talking with them about fake debts that these losers are trying to collect on.

Use a blocking app and just prevent these crooks from calling you. Don't talk to or entertain them. Let their whole operation crash and burn because they can't get a hold of anyone ever.
