Sick or receiving multiple daily calls from this number, I answered the phone. The name on the receiver was Raymond James. A man's voice said they are C&R Design, a construction company that can take care of renovations we may need. I asked them where they are located (off the 57 freeway in Ontario California), and asked to spell the name. He answered my questions promptly but eagerly went back to describe what they can do (painting, carpet, windows, roof, etc.). I asked if they know that my number has been on the Do Not Call List for years and he said they did not know. I asked to be removed from their list and he said "no problem", and he kept describing what they can perform and if we need any work. I mentioned that I can sue them, and he insisted on talking about what we need done. He interrupted the call while he was talking. HOWEVER, after an internet research I found out the number belongs to a Financial Service Company in San Bernardino, and apparently their number has been used in a series of scams in the last week or so. To some they claimed they are a solar company. Hard to tell if C&R Design is the real culprit. They are probably using real business names to scam people.
