Obviously some sort of spoof as no local exchange phone number set ever begins with a zero.  Called my home phone, didn't leave a message.  ZAP!  Got 'em blocked now - entire 910 area code, which is centered in North Carolina.  Fine folks there, but none that know in person.  Zapper lets the call go to my voice mail, of course, but if they don't leave a vm, who cares.
