Just called me. They call two and three times a day.
It's the SIXTH phone number from NC (and they are all robocalls that want you to push buttons) saying "This is an important call for *name redacted* (a former neighbor of mine)".
I followed up on the first five phone numbers and it's a collection agency called arm1.com.
ONE time I pushed the buttons indicating that they had the wrong number, they said hold on while we update our records, I hung up.
The other day, I just put the phone on speaker and never responded (just wanted to run up their dime) and eventually they said, "since you haven't responded and this is a private message for (former neighbor) and it's illegal for anyone else to hear this, we assume you are (former neighbor)."
FWIW, other numbers are 336-543-2321, 336-543-2271, 704-837-8436, 704-780-4298 and 919-323-8875.

this number keeps calling - they are calling a wrong number - if they do not stop I am contacting the authorities - it is a charlotte, nc number - 704-780-4298
