Who called from 9102368125

I got a strange phone call from this #. No one said anything for a few seconds....then I heard a beep followed by a recording that say "goodbye"

I just got a call from this number the person asked for me by name and stated they were with Security Promotions. When I asked what he needed he called me a [***] [***]

Just got a call from this #...said hello, no response. I waited a few seconds and hung up.

I have gotten 2 calls from this number in the past 30 minutes.  You get silence then they hang up.  Is this a telemarketer?

Four separate calls, today.  I just let them ring.
