Yes this scum bag tried to scam me also and called me a few times as well about a coin I returned back in to the money system at a local store and I put it in a roll of pennies, I guess Mr Hunter Smith got a little upset that he could not scam the coin from me and threaten me that he filed a CS3 report LOL I don't want to be him right now I have a family member that is a US Marshall and also everyone that has had issues with this scum from ebay needs to really contact ebay and file a cyber bully complaint with ebay I did last night and also helped them track down all 3 of his ebay accounts as well and they deleted all 3 and has also banned the scum scammer, and the weird part was as I was talking to ebay trust and safety this moron scammer was trying to call me 3 times on another line but I was told not to answer the call or any emails from him ebay is also going to file with his local law enforcement and they are going to press for fraud on him and also cyber bullying charges. also the US Marshall in my family promised he will be doing what he can do to stop him also at his local level with Mr. Smiths PD in his town and also make sure he loose his phone service as well. for everyone that has posted here you really need to call ebay and tell them your story and you need to tell them what happen to you and not only how this scum ball try to scam you also and along with any known  threats you can prove, ebay will do all they can do to get rid of every day scum that threatens any member in any way or form..... So do it contact ebay asap and don't think about you can be also saving someones life. Okay everyone lets all face it here This Guy has a basically a 0.0 IQ also he issues another phone number it is 1-910-9820 and another that has been report on 800notes.com is 317-703-4166 and he is located in the Newton Grove area in North Carolina U.S.A. good luck everyone lets get rid of this scum bag the more that call ebay the better it is for all. The only person scamming anyone is Hunter Smith from Newton Grove area in North Carolina.

This same guy with the phone numbers 317-703-4166 and 910-236-9820  contacted me thru Ebay to buy 4 Twenty Cent Pieces. He represented himself as Ely Smith with an address in Noblesville, Indiana.  The coins were not listed on Ebay but he contacted me thru their messaging system because I had other listings advertised there.  He established and won my confidence and trust. I sent him the 4 Twenty Cent Pieces valued at over $4,000.00 on 11/20/15 with the agreement he would offer me a fair price or return the coins if we could not reach an agreement. We did not reach an agreement and it's been one lie after another ever since. The coins are in the mail, their lost, I sent them to the wrong address.......I get a steady stream of texts whenever I contact him. I would love to know his real name and address so that i can pursue this with fraud charges that will stick. This scam artist tried to take me for a coin i am selling on ebay. He has been texting me for several days then last night made me an offer on my coin and i politely told him to bid on ebay he got irate with me and began texting horrible stuff and then proceeded to tell me my coin was fake and i was the scammer. At that point I asked him if he thought my coin was a fake we did he offer me such a large amount of money for it, he told me he was never going to pay it.

Scam artist!! Told me he was calling the cops on me because I wouldn't sell him my coins! What a nut JOB!!
