Who called from 9102605019

He scammed me on the app site "Letgo" and said his name was Dr. Rooney Amber. Sent me a check for $1000.00. Priority mail from "New Bern, NC. Address on check was from "The University Of Pennsylvania". I am from PA. The item he supposedly wanted to buy from me was only $4.50.He told me  to cash it and take out $50 to keep for myself, and send back remainder to him. He also emailed me from this email address: [email protected]

Thanks for posting this a-holes email address on here as I was almost scammed myself. This time calling themselves Jeff Linton, from the same email address. Only I'm from the UK and the app site was Schpock.

Please report that email address to [email protected] so that they take it down and help prevent someone else from being scammed.
