the caller called my phone and told my son that if I didn't pay them that they was Suing me and when I called the number back the number came up to be magic jack but you couldn't speak to anyone, I don't think that was even their number
Mine was from 910-300-7196. Some guy who didnt speak english calls and tells me that theres a law suit in my name because i took out a cash advance loan and i never did that but since i used to live in NC i thought someone stole my identity. When i asked him which company it was for he mumbled some name so fast i couldnt understand him. I asked him to send me some paperwork in the mail because i couldnt understand a word he said except for i owed him 320.00 that he was very adamant about me paying over the phone with my credit card. again i told him i didnt understand him so he said hed give me to his supervisor, he puts the phone on mute, and when he comes back on hes pretending to be his supervisor. i again told him to send me paper work and he hung up on me. tried to call the number back but it doesnt even ring
Mine was just like Kristin's on aug.2,2011. same place but 300.00. I could not make out anything he was saying so i asked to speak to his superviser. said he was the super. he got very rude then he started talking sexual. about what he wanted to do to me. Icalled my local police and filled a report on the call. the guy had me spooked. He has called me back but I don't answer. I do let the officer know when he does. How he got my cell # I have know ideal. WOMEN BEWARE OF THESE CALLS!!!
This came on my sons phone but came up all zero. of course left a message to call back by someone w/worse english. I will report this locally but b aware these people are not in this country
and trying to b stupid scarry. Ignore the calls. It will catch up with them.
