This is a scam used under other numbers for at least the last 4 years. They all use "Kate Jones". Apparently offer a gift card for testing your water. Seems to target new homeowners for the most part.
This number was on a postcard in our mailbox, using the same Kate Jones and claiming that they have tried to contact us by phone and that they have a "parcel" for us. This came a few days after we answered a few questions over the phone about our water quality - right after Hurricane Matthew. That phone number was (910)333-9611.
I'm in Jacksonville, NC and just got my card today. Persistent buggers. The best part is the envelope was hand written. How much are those people getting paid to write all those addresses??
